OPEN CLASSES
Every time something familiar and almost always something new. I like to lean on to basics to get going and then go for a ride to unknown. In my classes I weave together yoga, pilates, qi gong and free movement. I might get inspired by something I see outside; a landscape, an animal, a flower or it might be a piece of music I hear that births the movement of the day. Whatever it is I hope my students have the courage to explore with me and step out of the ordinary.
My style is contemporary, dynamic & fun. I trust the science and evidence-based movement. I do not see forms and shapes as something admirable. I adore strength, mobility and healthy & elastic fascia. I love variety and I like to have fun.
Currently I don’t teach any open group classes. When I do, I’ll let you know!
