THAI YOGA MASSAGE

Thai yoga massage is a full body massage which concentrates on working through the energy lines of the body using gentle pressure and stretches. Using thumbs, hands, elbows and feet the giver follows the lines from the heels to the top of the head. The benefits of thai yoga massage include pain relief, loosening tight and aching muscles, improving blood circulation and lymph drainage as well as making the receiver feel invigorated. It is relaxing - yet is not completely passive massage. You could also say “lazy yoga”. The giver stretches receiver’s body into a variety of positions while moving through the energy lines.

Every massage is like a dance between the giver and receiver - tailored for everyone’s unique needs at the moment. At its best both dive into meditative state and come out feeling breezy and rejuvenated.

Thai yoga massage happens on a mat on a floor and the receiver is fully clothed. Comfy, soft, loose and warm clothes are recommended. You are surrounded by pillows and blankets for that extra cozyness. Before every massage, there’s a brief chat to check-in & to discuss any possible questions or needs.
